This was a very disappointing stay. The only positives were the pool and gym everything else fell far below expectations. The biggest concern was the condition of the bedding. The sheets appeared to have mold on them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. After looking into it, I noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue, which makes it even more concerning that nothing seems to be getting addressed. This is not something minor that can be overlooked mold exposure can make people sick, and unfortunately, one person in our group did get sick during our stay. That alone should be enough for management to take this seriously, but it seems like complaints are being ignored. Guests should not have to worry about their health when staying at a hotel. On top of that, the overall cleanliness was poor. The floors were dirty, the restrooms were not properly maintained, and there were visible issues like cracked walls. The lobby gives a false impression it looks nice at first, but it does not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. I’ve honestly seen motels that are cleaner and better maintained than this place. There were also basic inconveniences, like no small fridge in the room and unreliable ice machines that only worked some of the time.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate because this issue needs immediate attention. If management continues to ignore repeated complaints about mold, someone el
