'Everything was fine, however, we noticed that some sketchy people who weren't staying at the hotel were pulling their vehicles up to the entrance, parking, and coming in for breakfast!!! Then they'd eat and leave! This is ridiculous! Drury Inn has to start having people show proof of them staying at the hotel. It made us very uncomfortable and it's just not right.'

'Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. '
