'there’s a really bad problem with homelessness around the area '

'This hotel was located at a very good location for taking a walk around the town and malls. The area also felt safe. The property has only pool which was full, should consider an adults pool and children pool, to make sure all guest gets access. Breakfast had long lines, due to public holiday and multiple guests. Waiting period of 1 hour minimum. The dinner options were not that great but breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was a great stay. '

'Prachtig hotel, voor de prijs echt te kleune kamers. Goede service:eerst een kamer aan achterkant met uitzicht op muur op 0,5m afstand werd direct omgeruild voor betere kamer. Gratis goede fietsen te leen. Maaltijden in restaurant vielen heel erg tegen ,weinig voor heel veel geld. Ga lekker in de stad eten !!! Leuke rooftopbar met wèl lekkere hapjes! Super vriendelijk en geinteresseerd personeel!'

'Zeer mooi authentiek hotel met leuke bar. Uitzicht kamer op stad (meerprijs). Je kan zelf parkeren of valet: maar kosten zijn aanzienlijk. Direct in centrum. Aanrader: neem de tram!'

'We had a lovely stay. We had an issue with our sheets being stained and the customer service took care of it and comped our parking which was excellent customer service. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the lounge above the restaurant. We also loved the secure parking and felt safe coming and going! '

'The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming from the minute we pulled up to valet, every time we went through the lobby it felt like staying with a friend. I cannot express how kind and welcoming they were. They seemed genuinely happy to be here and made us feel the same. The hotel is beautiful, quirky and well kept the rooms are huge and comfortable. This is my absolute favorite place in Portland. '
