'Le personnel était très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il dispose d'un grand parking mais il y a également quelques places devant l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, il y avait beaucoup de "salé". Le SPA est accessible sans réservation préalable. Dommage que l'eau de la piscine du SPA soit un peu froide. Il n'y avait pas d'après-shampoing dans les douches.'

'Un très bel hôtel très propre, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres. La.salle.de bain également. Literie de qualité. Nous avions pris une chambre vue sur mer : un bonheur la vue est fabuleuse ! Le balcon est aussi très bien, pratique et simpa et bien Équipé pour s'y détendre au soleil. La piscine, le bar face mer, la plage tout prêt fait de cet hôtel une pépite ! Seul hic et c'est vraiment dommage : le SPA de l'hôtel (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi)...

'Apartments were pretty basic, they advertised it with a kitchen, but there is little to no utensils in there, so you won't be able to cook much unless your bring your own. There was not even a kettle available, no sponge nor dish soap. My room was next to what seemed to be a generator, so loud continuous sound on until 10 pm. Breakfast was average, orange juice is NOT the standard you'd expect from a 4 stars, some of the food did not look nor taste very fresh. Staff was friendly, pool enjoyable....

'We loved the place. The breakfast was amazing, the food at the swimming pool bar was very nice as well. The facilities are nice and clean. The only negative point will be the cleaning staff, who talk loudly and complain about working conditions in a daily basis. They also forgot several times to clean the mirrors, the terrace and they left us without shower towels one day.'

'The room was spacious, with bedroom, living area, kitchen area, and terrace; it was clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, it was quiet, sizeable pool for the amount of guests, peaceful space to relax by the pool with good snack bar food for lunch. Sadly we found a cockroach in our room on the last day. I live in Spain and know that it’s a Spain problem and doesn’t necessarily reflect cleanness of the space but this should be addressed. '

'Stayed with friends for a week at the end of September. Hotel was clean and entrainment was good. This was are third time at Minura Cala Galdana and it did not disappoint Food was good and we appreciated the free availability of water at dinner.
