'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'The staff is wonderful and friendly - very customer-centric, the property and pool were beautiful with lots of gorgeous flowers and greenery, and our room was great with a lovely view of the pool and gardens. Our only wish was that there wasn't constant junky music playing: the pool, the restaurant, the grounds all thumping with just bad, really bad, music.
