The property was very close to the river walk and the downtown area which made walking to attractions convenient. The room we booked was for a river view however we were only able to see a very small portion of the river since we were on the 12th floor and the shutters on the windows limited the view. Our room was hot and uncomfortable as a result. The hotel provided a box fan to help with the temperature. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke, and despite cleaning the carpet, the smell persisted. Overall, the experience was mediocre for the price point.
