'The staff was rude. They also stopped my 18 years old daughter although she had a key and dis not allow them to go on the elevator. I then had to come down. How ridiculous is that when she has one if the room keys. The room was amazing!'

'The location was perfect to attend an opera at the Grand Opera House and restaurant. It was a very short walk from the hotel. The parking was reasonable ($11 overnight), and we liked that the hotel had a restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. '

'This facility was pristine. Our room was incredibly clean and obviously well maintained. The tub/shower (which I usually hate) has a traction material applied (to the tub floor) so the usual safety issue was mitigated before any problems could arise. I also appreciated the updated ADA "comfort height" toilet. The breakfast room was staffed by very competent personnel and real plates with metal place setting provided. 'Het hotel ligt op korte afstand van een shopping mall en andere shops en eethuizen.Met de wagen is het gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven van Philadelphia. De kamers zijn ruim, het ontbijt is ok (standaard Amerikaans). Op twee dagen met hetzelfde ontbijt kreeg ik wel twee verschillende omschrijvingen en prijzen. Er is een koelkast en een safe in de kamer. Het kuisen van de kamer is enkel op vraag. op het schap bij de kluis zat het stof samen gewolkt alsmede andere afval.'

The good: the room was huge and luxuriously comfortable, with nice details like great toiletries (Aesop), cozy bathrobes, lovely glasses, and a stocked minibar. The beds are positively heavenly - I wanted to take ours home. All of the staff was really pleasant and friendly. The less good: hallways were freezing and with no soft surfaces, there was nothing to absorb sounds from people, rolling suitcases, etc., which...

'The property is spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Not too many dining option. However, it is not too far from U Penn or the train station to go to downtown.'
