'There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers.'

'Perfect location for couples or friends. Wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. We had an amazing time. '

'Reception was very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy. Shuttle from the airport is confusing and awkward. Evening food service was terrible. There was one person tending bar and serving food. Poor man was hopelessly overextended and the cook went AWOL so we couldn’t get served. The bar area is extremely noisy because of echo and acoustics. '

'Casino was the worst one I have ever experienced in all the world of my many travels. The play of the slots was atrocious as all of the machines, at any denomination, would suck your money away without even more than a line hit. Believe me, save your money and co to another place. Room was great, bed incredible, staff very nice and accommodating but casino would be better to play some lottery tickets'

'Hotel was very nice! Really liked that they used wrist bands instead of cards for door access. It made it much easier to just wear a band instead of finding your card. Located near lots of restaurants and in walking distance to everything. '
