'The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend....

'We had a wonderful stay, so much so that we extended our vacation here by several days! We had a Ocean View Studio - it comfortably sleeps 4 and has a beautiful view. The unit has washer and dryer which is a huge bonus! The 3 pools kept the kids busy, and steps away is a gorgeous beach - find a sandy area (some spots are rocky) and it’s great for playing in all day, swimming, and snorkelling. We saw turtles! Thank you to the staff, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back! '

'Great 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and very clean. Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. 'Beautiful place to stay on your last days of holiday, or make it your first week. We had a great stay with very kind people and the condo was absolute the best of our Hawaii trip. The ocean was clean and the waves were magnificent. '

'Our first room the hotel had checked us into was dirty and very small. We were able to switch rooms and upgraded to the one bedroom for more space at a cost. We had to go through Expedia to get a room change as their main office to make the changes are not on property and they were closed. We sent the photos to Expedia and they immediately assisted us with changing rooms. Pool is great for kids, ocean is a short walk, restaurants close by. '

'I love this resort. We stayed in the other side last time and I do feel like it was nicer and newer. Each one is a little different. I was told at check in that we would have housekeeping every day. We did not. I had to call down a few times to get things cleaned. They came and did it. But there was a lack of communication there. The beach is great here. We watched whales and turtles the entire day from our beach. '

'This property was absolutely gorgeous! The bay villa we stayed in had amazing views. It was clean and well maintained. The A/C worked great, plenty of hot water for our family of four, and plenty of room for my family to spread out. It was quiet and pleasant the entire time.
