'Nothing short of a fantastic experience! Florian, the front desk manager could not do enough. He made sure every aspect of our 3 day stay was spectacular. The chef outdid himself on the 2 dinners we had there. The 2 level suite was spectacular - of course when you have the greatest view of the Dolomites, who could want for more!'

'The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. The only real negative was that the bed was very uncomfortable (somehow too hard and too soft at the same time). We stayed in a normal double room with a balcony. '

'Beautiful property on the main square. Excellent service - above and beyond really. We greatly enjoyed exploring Alpe di Suis with their free hiking guide. We also took his advice for dinner one night and reception’s suggestion for another night. Both were wonderful. Breakfast was included and was light and very fresh. The Honesty Bar was a great place for well priced snacks and drinks. Loved our balcony view for relaxing. The location as a whole can’t be beat - 2 min walk to the bus station...

'Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo '
