'Very nice location, quiet, with fair pricing. Dog friendly. The staff was friendly. For a „wine location“ maybe a bit limited in open wines and possibilities to taste wine on higher level ( mainly the own ones). I was also missing a bit expertise as it should have been the entry for Bordeaux. '

'We were initially underwhelmed. The room seemed tiny and not well laid out. We missed having a small frig in room. We weren't too sure about the neighborhood. But we came to appreciate this as a very good hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. And staff took care of refrigerating medication that needed to be kept cool with no problems. It's a great location for exploring the city. And the underground parking on site is a huge plus.'

Señalar que el precio por las habitaciones en el hotel es el que marca en la pagina Hotels.com, esto es, no existe el descuento que marca en la pagina al reservar. '

'Ontvangst in hotel is uiterst soepel verlopen. Klantgerichte benadering en schone prima kamers. Het grote verschil merkten op het moment dat we al hadden uitgecheckt. De auto raakte defect en hebben boor het hotel lang moeten wachten op pechhulp. De medewerkers hebben zich steeds gemeld met de vraag waar ze konden helpen. Dit varieerde van het wegduwen van de auto, geven van water gedurende dag, opslaan van de bagage en beschikbaar stellen van ruimte om ons te verzorgen. '

'We had a good time here. Hotel is modern, new, comfortable and well situated. Very clean.Treinstation and Tramstation are both in walking distance of the hotel, about ten minutes. We chose to walk instead of taking the Tram, to see the sights and shopping area and this took about a half hour. The Tram will take you there faster. Food at the hotel's restaurant Babette was good and reasonably priced. '

'Enjoyed our stay a lot! It is the best location in the middel of the historical center. Everything on walk distance and surrounded by beautiful buildings. It is located at a sort of secret place, old finance area. They are renovating and making it even better. Good breakfast and very nice staf. Room was big and very nice to stay with the 4 of us.'
