'Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.'

The on-site restaurant offered delicioys food options, and Horace was so kind and provided excellent customer service. Located in a great area to offer other restaurant options. 'We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.'
