'Nice hotel. Not cheap in summer 2022. Friendly staff and good pool. Loved the free transportation from the airport. Sooo well-organized. Plus we were the only one party the hotel picked up. Hotel name sign easily seen. We didn’t go back to the airport after our 3 night stay but we were brought to our second hotel for free by this service. Soo nice! I did miss a gym in the hotel. '

'We were asked upon arrival if we wanted to upgrade to a different room on higher floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and coordinating airport shuttle. Nikki and Iona helped with restaurants in Old Port. 10-12min walk to Fabrica (starting point) to walk to Windmills, Little Venice, Old Port etc. $36 flat rate for 2 people to airport, which is only 15-20mins away. Great stay!! First time in Mykonos!'

'The room does not represent the hotel,it is very old. It is located 100m further from the hotel and they also didn't give us the room we booked. The furniture in the room was too big for the room, you could hardly pass through. The cleaning staff knocked at our door at 9 in the morning when we were still sleeping. The reception staff was not very friendly, they looked at us like we were beneath them. The only good thing was the location and breakfast. '

'This hotel is spectacular. They give top notch service, and the facilities are fantastic. Gorgeous decor, amazing views. The best was that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They arranged for airport transfers, ferry transfers, and other transportation wherever I wanted to go, and I could charge to the room, so no need to worry about cash to get around. It makes vacationing that much better/easier. '

'Vencia is a small hotel that is close to old town but set aside enough to make it a more quiet stay. The setting and overall condition of the hotel is great. Staff and service throughout were excellent. The room is spacious and in good condition with some unique and less desirable aspects. We are not fans of the design where doors to toilet are frosted glass (decreasing privacy) and the sink is in the main part of the sleeping area (and drain water can sometimes smell). 'I'll start by saying we loved the location, outside appearance and pool. However, this hotel fell a bit short of expectations. The driver expressed annoyance at me because I called the hotel when he was over 15min late for pickup and hadn't called us to alert us he would be late. Registration person came across a bit arrogant and unfriendly at check in. Room was in not very good condition - in need of repairs. Included breakfast service was terrible and food quality was not good. '
