The staff may need a little more training on what they have to offer, we ask about areas where we wanted to go and they couldn’t help us, we had few questions about the property and we couldn’t get an answer, of course not all staff but I felt like the majority could use the property review. 'This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. 'It was in a great location, there was different events going on throughout the week, live music, a little pool party and yoga in the morning which I really enjoyed! I loved being able to walk to the Main Street to the restaurants, bars and fancy shops. The breakfast options were relatively small but that was fine for me.
