I paid a lot for my ocean front room for my family for 9 days and received an extremely outdated musty room. I will say the property manager did later try give me a different room but my family had already unpacked all our many luggages and it was a huge inconvenience. I asked for an ocean front room but don't feel I got that because obviously I could only see 1/2 the ocean as my building was blocking off the right 1/2 so spending thousands and thousands like i did was upsetting to me to pay all that and not get what I booked for. So the start of my trip was not so great. My housekeeper I had was amazing, too bad when she was off for 2 days and the gentleman that covered her was not so friendly when i asked for xtra towels, he only put a smile on his face and his tone changed when I tipped him for the towels (he didn't even have to clean my room, I just needed towels). I was so happy to see her when she was back to work. The dinner buffett they had at the resort was honestly one of the best buffetts I've ever been too. Constant fresh food coming out and so ever tasty, and I thought the Wynn Hotel was good. The absolute most horrible part was the parking garage!! All hotel guest have to drive to the 7th floor to park and it's extremely very tight spaces and if someone is driving down and looping around, either they have to back up or you have to back up and there is noooooo room. Over all the stay was nice and I do appreciate that management did try.
