'This place make me feel like I'm on vacation. I feel like I'm at a small resort in Mexico. The swimming pool is a nice place to enjoy. The water park it's an extra bonus with a couple of swimming pool and a long lazy river. Room is a bit dim and a little old for me. But it was clean and big. I would stay here again'

'leuk artsy hotel met wat meer sfeer dan de grote ketens. Probleem is de rpijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Groot probleem is dat internet bizar onstabiel is dus zaken reizigers kunnen deze beter vermijden al er teams of zoom vergadert moet worden. Probleem is beneden iets beter maar nog steeds onvoldoende. Verder is de fitness klein en beetje gammel. Voor dat alles mag je dan een vaste 28 dollar (incl tax) amenity fee per dag afrekenen. '

'This place in Phoenix needs a new pastry chef. We had desserts a couple of times, and they were not good. If you put a pastry disk on top of a pudding, you should be able to put your fork through it. If you get a pastry disk with canned peaches on it, it should be fresh. 'I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation....

'First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. 'The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.'
