'Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car. Great room with a lot of storage and proper beds. Also the treatments in the spa were good for both adults as teens. It is paradise for children (especially the pool with water slides) and that means happy parents as well. The only thing that we could not appreciate is that obviously guests find it normal to act...

'The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! '
