'Our stay here was wonderful! It was all about the staff and of course the inn that made our stay warm and elegant! Let’s talk about the staff, TT greeted me with a phone call to see what time we would be arriving, she wanted to make sure we could get into the inn after hours! 'We had an outstanding stay at a Historic Inn (c. 1744). Inn Keeper Cherie was most helpful and a delightful hostess. Breakfast was outstanding. Located in Historic Old Salem. We will definitely return when we have more time to tour the Old Salem community and to become more schooled in the Moravian culture.'

'The home was nice and clean. There was more than enough space for my family. The location was great, close to everything. William was so helpful and communication was open our entire stay. He even accomodated us staying longer. We will stay here again anytime we're in Winston Salem!'

'The motel was very nice and clean. The room was clean and everything was well kept. I loved the towels, they were big and soft. It is a little out in the country, about 2 or 3 miles from the village of Lexington. The kitchen was handy but I never really cooked in it. On my next trip to NC I will be happy to stay there again. "The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I didn't feel comfortable or safe, so I moved to a different accommodation after the first night. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help, but I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't feel it was the right place for a solo traveller like me."
