My car got locked in a private parking lot ( my mistake!), and they went out of their way to get it out. I am truly thankful to them. 'We verbleven met ons gezin in dit resort en we hebben het als bijzonder leuk ervaren. Onze suite was bijzonder mooi en schoon, het zwembad was echt geweldig er waren genoeg bedjes en het zag er heel verzorgd uit. Het ontbijt was bij het zwembad wat heel sfeervol was, het ontbijt was goed verzorgd heerlijke croissants en lekkere cappuccino.Het resort zag er mooi en verzorgd uit Al Bano was zelf regelmatige aanwezig.De locatie was centraal, Lecce en Brindisi waren niet ver van het resort vandaan....

'The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We lived in a room with a terrace. Booking the hotel, we paid attention to the fact that it has a pool. We thought it would be a good time to spend there. But as it turned out, the pool is not included in the booking price. Paid separately - 70€ per person for 1.5 hours. I think that this should be written about in advance, before booking, so that guests are not disappointed.'

'Een Pugliees sprookje Wat een prachtige locatie is dit om te overnachten, in de authentieke trulli. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door Daniele en Maria Luisa. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar en spreken zeer goed Engels. Heel fijn! Ik werd verliefd op de 3 honden. Wat een schatten die altijd in de buurt zijn om te knuffelen. De trullo is prachtig van binnen en buiten en best wel groot. Een moderne badkamer en een goed bed met een fijn kussen. Het zitje voor de trullo is heerlijk om te genieten...
