'We had 8 people and the 2.5 bathrooms was key to everyone being comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen + the washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms are good sized. Both rooms with balconies have a beautiful view. Location is KEY! Excellent stay!'

'We had a family member graduating from CSU Monterey. This place was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Very quiet neighborhood but parking was a little tight, recommend not having more than 2-3 cars. Overall great experience, host was great at answering any questions right away.'

'Our family started a new a tradition of spending time once a year at Pajaro Dunes. House 33 was a great location and there were so many things to enjoy. Our four grandkids were able to walk to the beach and it seems like they can never get enough of the ocean. It's so beautiful. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the foosball and air hockey and the Jacuzzi. I could go on and on. Just a really great place and we had a really great time.'

'Gorgeous view from the 2nd story master suite deck. Perfect place for morning coffee for two. The 1st floor also has floor to ceiling views to the ocean and plenty of room for family & large table for games. We even completed a 1000 piece disney puzzle on the coffee table--the puzzle was one of the things we found amongst the many games in the laundry room. Lots of fun toys for the littles upstairs, entertaining books, highchair, booster seat & changing pad. Plenty of rooms for our growing...

'We were very satisfied with our time at this property! The location, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach were all amazing. We had a very comfortable stay and everything was satisfactory and as advertised. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or sit out back and look out at the ocean with some shelter from the wind, views from the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we were able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay over the Christmas weekend. The house is clean and is just as described in the listing. It took a couple of phone calls and texts to have someone address a hot water issue but everything worked out fine in the end. Great location. We would stay here again.'

'Beach house was a perfect place for me and my sisters. We had reminiscing to do. The patio and hot tub were the perfect settings. House was roomy. Bedrooms were clean. We loved watching people and their dogs run the beach. It was a memorable time for us.'

'Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs.'
