'The house is even better than the photos. Tons of space, natural light and almost everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for families, with a nature area behind the house, a playground a few yards away, and a lovely beach a short walk down the hill. I should note that the configuration of beds does not match what was listed and represented in the photos. I would recommend the owner update that so that guests...

'The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. 'We have stayed in rentals at Seascape several times now, and this has been my favorite. I really love the first floor location. Patios on the grass are perfect for playing games or enjoying the sunshine, and it is just a quick walk to the beach. This rental is clean and accommodated. The layout is also somewhat unique, in that it has an additional den area. Great for families.'

'It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night.'

'Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...

'We had a family member graduating from CSU Monterey. This place was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Very quiet neighborhood but parking was a little tight, recommend not having more than 2-3 cars. Overall great experience, host was great at answering any questions right away.'
