'We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. In addition, she does have some nice things in the house - two coffeemakers, good internet, seating options, tvs, etc. But this house is old and needs repairs/replacements - the beds are not comfortable, the deck is rickety, some of the windows are old and don't close all the way (so bugs get in - mayflies and stink bugs), the dishwasher didn't drain completely and the hot water...
