'I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

'Our stay was nice. The one large disappointment is the listing lists spa/hot tub which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately there is none.😩 The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the other beds definitely need updating. Furniture is clean but older. Listed starter laundry soap, there was none. The beach umbrella had no bottom piece, so was not usable.'
