'This hotel is very conveniently located to major highways and lots of shopping and restaurants. It was recently renovated and nice and modern. In the room, however, there were a couple little notes. The nightstands have plugs to charge electronics and they were not working, including one of the lights. Also, the conditioner and body wash were empty in the shower. I give them kudos for using good products - Dove shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The towels could've been a little thicker, but...

'The property was nice and room was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because of a very rowdy neighbor. They were screamimg, banging against the wall, slamming doors and turning up music loud. The staff came right away and addressed it... but it started again 10 minutes later. I didn't want to keep calling the frint desk, so we waited until 12:30 for the noise to stop.'

'What an experience that was... definitely not a good one! The bathroom door in our room couldn’t be closed, otherwise it got stuck. In the beginning we didn’t know this. End result: my friend was stuck in the bathroom and it took all my strength to get the door open again. The sink was leaking, the bathtub faucet was broken. We reported it. Sink and faucet was not repaired. Door was, but all the dirt that came with it, had not been cleaned up and was lying on the bathroom floor for three...
