'Such a nice hotel with outstanding location!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed at 40th floor but there was still noise from outside. The curtains and the furniture need some update. '

'We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! '
