'We had the most wonderful time staying here. Most of the stay, we sat in the yard starting at the beautiful lake and greenery. The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals. We ran out of time and didn’t have a chance to enjoy the kayaks, but I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you for the most restful stay. It was just what we needed for a break from the city.'

'Although it is mentioned in the listing, it is intentionally vague regarding the access to the lake. What you don’t see in the pictures is the extremely busy road you have to cross to access the lake. It was a nightmare dragging the kayaks down the steep and long driveway, across the state route wi the a blind curve, then down the “steps” (embedded stones) to the dock (which is very small, about 8 ft x 12 ft). They also make this sound like it’s no big deal to share the amenities with those...

'A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.'

'House was fully equipped. Had everything we needed. Laundry in unit was a plus. Worked great. It's not far from town. Communication with host was answered quickly and helpfully. '
