'We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. '

'3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. Men's bathroom in lobby out of service all week. There was a dead roach on the floor in the lobby for 3 days that no one cleaned up. A man fell in the lobby & dripped blood & no one cleaned that up for a few days. Then two employees were fighting & cursing/yelling at each other in Room 614 as I was walking by. Talk to your employees about there mouth & fighting around hotel guests.'

'Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.'

'Good place to stay for a night. Rooms are smaller, but I do not need a lot of space. The only real downside is that you can hear everything, so do not expect to sleep in. Workers were kind of loud in the morning. However, I did enjoy the stay. Good location where you can walk to most places.'
