'Had a great time at this luxury apartment :) The balcony was a super nice feature. Lots of windows and had a nice spacious feel. Nicole made it easy throughout the whole process. 'The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle.'

'This is an excellent spot within a couple minutes walking distance to all that downtown offers. We literally walked everywhere all weekend including to the state park/pier. 'The property itself was newly renovated, & well stocked w/essentials for hygiene & cooking. Furthermore, it was in the middle of beach, Michigan Adventure, & Grand Haven. Many grocery stores and other places to run out for quick errands were close by. The only downfall was neighborhood was very sketchy & shady. I didn’t feel safe walking around neighborhood. We stayed on the property itself when we weren’t out and about.'

Here’s what would make this a 5: it’s a big space with just a little furniture. Maybe work on the seating areas and artwork a bit. Also - a single bathroom isn’t enough for six people.
