'Great weekend visiting our son at Hope. Place was close to Downtown Holland- easy walk to restaurants and shops. Nice morning run around the Hope campus. We had room to spread out and unwind after a "grueling" beach day. Very clean property with coffee maker, hot pot, and all the kitchen basics. Would stay here again!'

'The cottage was awesome, located in between Holland and Grand Haven. It was a short drive to different areas for hiking or shopping, and a short walk to the beach or Lake Michigan. We loved the property and we loved how cozy the cottage was. Even during rain days, there was plenty to do inside including board games and movie nights. We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work. 'Cute place. Very simple and functional. The cleaning was not up to par…dusty blinds and bathroom areas…some updates would make bathroom feel cleaner. Location great to get where you want to go, but it’s on a busy street. The second bedroom is situated so that the AC unit is in the way so wasn’t usable comfortably.'

'We had three generations together in the house- 6 adults and 4 children. There was more than enough space for every to sleep and plenty of seating areas as well. The yard was huge and we enjoyed many yard games while we were there. The beach was fabulous. Neighbor were friendly and quiet at night. Loved the historical decor and enjoyed reading the history of the house.'
