The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. 'I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. The area is quiet, relaxing and the host, France, was there to answer any and all questions.'

'The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough.
