'The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure '

'The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again.'

'Ruben and Roc were fantastic hosts. We had a few special requests and they were very accommodating. They were always available with anything we needed and we appreciated their flexibility. The apartment was all you see in the pictures and more. 'The communication with the host in regards to the property and check in was excellent. The property was centrally located. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it.'

'Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...'

'This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located.
