Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby on Mission Street, Cortland Street, Glen Park and Noe Valley. Public transportation MUNI /BART within walking distance. Off street parking available. Loved that this place has plenty of street parking and it is convenient to everything you need. Very cute with a beautiful zen back yard and the owner, Rubin, was lovely to deal with.

A gem!
Ruben and Roc were fantastic hosts. We had a few special requests and they were very accommodating. They were always available with anything we needed and we appreciated their flexibility. The apartment was all you see in the pictures and more. We were only there for three nights, on-the-go much of the time, and only two of us, so we didn't need anything too big, yet many of the places I looked at were the size of a hotel room or an actual hotel room. We love having a space with a kitchen and also a living room to relax-it was perfect for us. This space is very clean, quaint and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the extras amenities provided-bathroom toiletries, supplies in kitchen utensils-the basics needed for a home cooked meal-spices, oil, tea, coffee, etc. They even provided several beverages waiting in the fridge for us. In addition to all this space has to offer, the location was perfect. We could get to and from grocery stores, shopping, parks, attractions in a matter of minutes. If you have a choice, we recommend renting a car vs. Uber-it just becomes costly. Hands down, our next trip, this is where we will stay. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property. Ruben and Roc truly provide a quality experience. Thank you to our hosts! Lastly, we have stayed in many places throughout the US in our travels, and this was one of our favorites. We look forward to coming back. :)

Wonderful Retreat
Beautiful, well appointed place to stay. It’s close to downtown SF, yet is located in a beautiful, calm, safe neighborhood. The unit had everything we needed. We felt like we were “home.” On-street parking was never a problem. Ruben is a wonderful host, and was always available for anything we needed. Looking forward to a return visit.

A San Francisco oasis tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. These hosts are wonderful,kind people. I looked forward to coming "home" each evening after each busy day. The apartment was clean,cozy, quiet, and having a fully equipped kitchen, this was my home away from home for one week.

Lovely place to stay!
Ruben is a wonderful host-easy to communicate with, flexible when we had a hiccup in our plans. The apartment is a sweet, clean space, perfect for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. There is a lovely little yard outside the main window. The location is perfect-easy access to public transportation, eateries, grocery stores. Just a nice neighborhood for strolling! We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing SF Suburb Stay
Really wonderful home from home, exactly as listed and incredibly warm welcome from Ruben and Rock. Suburb location perfect for connections to town, provided a relaxing stay away from the city centre. Well equipped kitchen allowing for home cooking, with nice touches such as the coffee pods for the stay. Slightly small bathroom space, but wasn’t a problem for the two of us. Thank you for a fantastic stay, would strongly recommend.

Perfect Stay !!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as pictured. Very clean with all the necessary items to cook a meal in doors but in the right location to easily go out for he night. Location was in walking distance to the metro to see all the sites. We enjoy the usual touristy events such as Alcatraz, Muir Woods, Golden Gate Park, Napa Valley, Sausalito, etc. Each day was an adventure. Entry to the apartment and parking was not an issue. Ruben quickly answered any questions that came up. We hope to be back for another stay soon. You will not be disappointed with this selection.

Perfect Stay
Our trip to San Francisco was truly amazing. Me and my wife have spent one glorious week in San Francisco. Our one bedroom apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and close to Muni bus stop ( 5 min walk ) and Bart station ( 15 min walk ). We had a great experience with Host Ruben, who was courteous, friendly and honest person, even showed us around the neighborhood, where all the great local restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores are. We couldn't thank him enough. Some people are meant to be great hosts and he definitely is one. As for the property, it satisfied all of our needs. Prime location, felt very safe. Kitchen was fully stocked, living room cozy with couch and arm chairs, very large bedroom with extra blankets, big closet with lots of hangers to put our clothes. There is a heater in the bedroom and a portable heater in the living room if needed ( we had to put it on a few times ). We recommend this property to anyone visiting San Francisco, if you need a one bedroom apartment don't need to look any further, save yourself some time and book this one. Many thanks to Ruben
