'This cottage was cute and comfy, with lots of little updates and personal touches that made our stay extra special. Starting with the chalkboard welcome sign, we felt from the beginning like things were set up just for us. 'We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!'

B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. 'Our stay was in regard to a semi-annual golf outing of Davidson College alums from the classes 1976-1978. The house easily accommodated our group of six. The house was as described in the VRBO listing. The host was very attentive, checking in frequently. Entry and exit processes were very smooth. We would definitely stay again if our outing returns to the Lake Norman area.'

'The simple home was everything but simple a great location , lots of space and things for both adults and children. We only wish it was warm enough to enjoy the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. And Teri was awesome.'
