La Quinta Inn & Suites-accommodaties in East Palo Alto

'Overall a descent stay. Definitely looks sketchy pulling in at night. However, night security is solid and keeps gate shut to traffic unless you have a booking. The building is under renovation so walls have new paint but carpets are rough. I would assume the carpets will get replaced once construction finished. There seemed to be a linen shortage as only two towels and wash cloths were provide though more were available upon request with a friendly greeting. My only real complaint is that...

'The property is beautiful, rooms were extremely clean and comfy, breakfast was a plus! My only complaint is the customer service, upon check in I was charged and not explained any of my charges or provided a receipt, even when I paid I was not given a total, very minimal communication, later I went downstairs to ask if I paid a deposit and he nodded yes, other than that it’s a great place to stay without hurting your wallet!'
