We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.'

'The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area.'

'This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! The place was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. We would stay here again if needed.'

'Amazing vacation spot for couples. The property was clean. The front office Representative was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew did not come to our room the entire time and driving into the facility, wasn't the best. It's a very long and narrow Road and only one car at a time can come through. We had to reverse back twice for two cars that was leaving the facility. This part wasn't fun. But, it you can overlook those two things. You will truly enjoy your time....
