'We loved this house! Getting to it is a bit challenging, but the house is so worth it. The property is beautiful and had we had more time, we would have explored even more. It was a great starting point to explore nearby beaches, parks, and Monterey bay.'

We had several issues with our experience: 1) Property manager emailed us outside of VRBO and made us sign something that was not consistent with existing agreement with VRBO. I spent 1+ hour reaching out to property manager and rewriting the contract to reflect the conditions we agreed to. 'The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.'

'Very nice interior. Room was great with definite upgrades, still some work to be done, but overall very pleased with the room, pool, hot tub, and service.'

'I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.'
