'It took a minute to adjust to the small size of the cabin; once we did, it was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor deck is great, with a couch and table, surrounded by huge trees and the sound of a creek bubbling over rocks. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and hot water (that takes a few minutes to heat up). There are several cabins on the property, and doggies are welcome.'

'Lovely place to stay and a great location. Perfect for a couple. Only thing to consider changing is the couch. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the place perfect. Loved the closed in patio. Beautiful bathroom too!'

'We loved this property. We have stayed in hundreds of vrbos and this is one of our favorites. It is beautiful, comfortable and one of the best well stocked places we have stayed. It is peaceful and quiet yet close to so many things to do. We will definitely come back!'

'The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times.'

'My husband and I stole away an extended weekend to celebrate our Anniversary. This beautiful, relaxing, and stunning carriage house is located north of the boardwalk and south of the surf museum and surfers coves. We spent the entire time walking leisurely along the promenade, loving every moment, preparing food from the sweet open kitchen. The place is so cute with outstanding details that felt so completely home and personal. We cannot wait to return ASAP.'

'Our second visit, this is a great spot. Grandparents and grandkids alike love it. Note to owners: a little maintenance work on front showerhead and replacing burnt out light bulbs in several rooms would give great bang for the buck. All told, those are minor inconveniences and this place is magical. The walk to the beach and around town is unbeatably convenient. 'Lovely large grounds near an amazingly beautiful regional park with redwoods and many diverse microclimates. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The hot tub is a fabulous treat!'

'I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.'

'The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.'
