'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The most friendly people at the check in counter, and the check in was super quick and informative. We were in the Lahaina tower and our room was spotless, the view was spectacular and this might be my new favorite resort on ka’anapali beach!'

'The location right on the beach is great! The property itself is a bit tired but clean. The restaruant (Longhi's) and the bar were great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. '

'DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY. I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted...
