'I loved the property The staff was so kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better honey/baby moon. Everything was easy to book. Everyday between turn down service and morning service was great. That always made sure we are comfortable and everything was clean. It is expensive the restaurants and parking ( especially if you are staying on property) I would go back again. '

'Awesome property for sure! Dinner is limited and u less you like fish for every meal it’s a challenge. The fish is excellent but all 3 restaurants feature a similar menu. The staff was really great at all indoor and outdoor spots. Our only shocker was the price of the breakfast buffet on the last day. Wonderful food but $60 each was up there.'

'Een ongewoon vriendelijke service en efficient antwoord op elke vraag zoals dat zelden voorkomt zelfs bij 5 sterren hotels kenmerkt de zeer positieve ingesteldheid van gans het personeel. Daarnaast zeer stijlvolle en moderne maar wat kleine kamers , wel zeer confortabele bedden en een leuk klein zwembad en ligweide zoals dat hoort bij een bourtique hotel. Enig minpunt de wat luide airco op de kamer en de piepkleine kluis waarin amper een ipad past.'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Wij werden ontvangen door Patrick met zijn gulle lach, een lekker lavendel watertje en ijskoud doekje. Het personeel in de Andaz is erg service gericht en vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een mooi decor. De locatie fantastisch, met strand voor de deur. Erg relaxte sfeer. Andere hotels in Wailea zijn veel drukker. Klein minpuntje - prijzen van de drankjes, eten etc, dit geldt voor heel Wailea.'

'This was our second time staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It never disappoints. A great value for the location and quality of property. It’s ideally situated in the heart of Waikiki. The pool is small but nice. This time we traveled with our 5 month old daughter. The crib we requested was in the room when we arrived and worked great. We spent extra for club access which included breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks, none of which was spectacular but we would still do it again to...

'Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young.'

'The staffs are so nice from the front desk, bell service, pool attendants, housekeeping and the dining staff. Special mention to Samson from the front desk for being so nice and accommodating when we told him we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our stay. Kudos to all the staff!
