'Decoration is not that nice, try to copy the French style but not succeeded. Acoustic insulation was horrible. People at the reception not super friendly.'

'Prachtig mooi onderhouden complex. Mooie tuin vol met palmbomen, oleanders enz. Zwembad is aan de kleine kant maar alles is netjes onderhouden. Klein stukje lopen naar de strip toe. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, en niet geheel onbelangrijk, gratis! Vriendelijk personeel, klein knus casino. Wij verblijven heel graag in de Tuscany en zijn hier al meerdere keren geweest.'

'Staff here is not very helpful as a matter of fact our first day while sleeping we have someone knocking on our door asking for us to checkout but I told them I just arrived last night and we dont checkout until Monday morning which is 2 days ahead. 'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....
