'We have stayed at the Hilton Club Elara multiple times, and EVERY time has been amazing. The lobby is quiet, clean, and smells amazing… a welcome reprieve from the casino smoke. Our room was gorgeous, with a great view of the strip and sphere. We love the kitchen and the bathroom… the tub and shower are fantastic! Will definitely stay again.'

As a guest who has been here about 10 times since 2009/2010 we noticed a further decline in service level. After COVID a number of services had been cut off like the shuttlebus to Caesars and Wynn, bathrobes in the room, Now during our last stay the pool service was shut down, we had an unpleasant experience with the poolboy who refused to allow to turn one of the beds (due to regulations we never heard of the last 15 years) and housekeeping services that were not carried...

'Nice hotel. Well equipped. Very clean. Personnel was friendly. We had dinner in hotel. We can recommend it, very well . If I need to provide one point of improvement, it would be the pool area (somewhat messy (towels left behind by other guests), and outdated'

'Fantastic hotel, we had the Stay Well premier. Pool is the most beautiful I have ever been in, although it is not deep.

Ontbijt verloopt chaotisch, gasten moeten zelf tafel afruimen en doen dit soms niet, gevolg geen plaats of de tafel van iemand anders afruimen, zaken bij ontbijt worden niet of te laat aangevuld.
Kamer werd niet gekuist ondanks afspraak bij aankomst om ze in de 3 nachten 1 keer te kuisen.'

'Everything went smoothly & tge staff was all amazing. The only issue i would have is the valet drivers are rough with the vehicles. They are extremley professional & everything just rough with the cars. '

"We had a very bad experience during our stay. We are traveling with small kids and decided to stay here as it’s a little further away from the busy Strip area. This hotel promised to be ideal for little kids but the truth is you have extremely loud music all day long coming from the pool. Too loud to have normal conversations. Our kids couldn’t sleep. The hotel finally offered us another room for the last night but all the rooms are facing the pool so that room had the same noise. And yes, this is busy Vegas, and this city never sleeps, but this noise came from the swimmingpool and not from Vegas. Stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep properly!"
"Voor een 5 sterren hotel is de service wel beperkt. Bijvoorbeeld 1 klein gratis flesje water bij aankomst. Door de grote van het hotel onpersoonlijk maar te verwachten. Wel een mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht. Ook de zwembaden zijn mooi en proper. "

The swimmingpool was great only for the warmer days some parasols would be nice because It was very warm when we were there and almost no shade but the experience for us was more then we are expectid so would we stay here again oh yesss "

Des sacs avaient ete places sur les détecteurs de fumee par un ancien client qui avait clairement fume ...
Plainte a la réception qui sest contente de me dire desole on va enlever les sacs...
Je dis clairement que l odeur de clope nous derange ... simple réponse desole ...
A ce prix la et vu la taille de l hotel on aurait pu me proposer une autre chambre ...pas cool

"Prettig hotel. Voor de 2e keer hier gelogeerd. We hadden een hoeksuit. Goede kamers en netjes. Echter merk je dat het hotel weer een renovatie nodig heeft. Het houtwerk van deuren brokkelt wat af. "
