'We had a wonderful time at Cabin in the clouds. The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed from inside (through the wall of windows) and outside on the porch. Its just a 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in Black Mountain/Montreat. Once we figured out all the road names, it was easy to get up and down the mountain. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed watching movies on the blu-ray player, thank you! We will definitely return!'

'My requests are to put a king bed in the master bedroom so my wife and I can sleep together. There is plenty of room. Also, blinds on all the windows in the master. I had to move many things off the counters and cabinets to the laundry room to make room for our dry goods.'

'5-star stay from top to bottom. Great location, perfect host, awesome house - old farmhouse feel, cozy, but nicely updated and laid out well. Great room and hot tub overlook babbling creek, bank of rhododendron and patio with grill and fire pit. There are lots of nearby hiking/biking trails, shops in Black Mountain and local grocery and taverns. We loved it!'

'This place is beautiful! The quality is impeccable. Amenities abound! Cooking utensils, grill, coffee pot, linens, wireless, all there. We enjoyed ourselves so much! The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent directions, instructions, and contact information. They also had light switches and fab switches labeled which was fantastic and so user friendly. The nest ac worked beautifully. The ONLY negative is they truly need to replace the oversized, for children only bunk beds...
