'Absolutely loved the Pennywell! In what you can tell once was a bank, it also had a modern touch in the lobby area. The valet parking was wonderful with the valet staff offering to help load and unload. The room was small, but extremely cozy, with a king size bed, comfortable mattress, and comfortable pillows. 'Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.'
