'Was in town for the marathon & had to be awake by 4am. Breakfast normally starts at 7am on the weekends & went down at 4 for coffee & they had bagels, muffins, OJ, bananas, & coffee for athletes. 'This hotel was beautiful from the Grand Hall to the room we had, and everywhere in between. The historical architecture was amazing. You could probably pick apart some minor details because of age, but it was even better than we had anticipated, based on some of the reviews. 'Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.'
