Clean, spacious one level home
Nice, clean house. We had 5 adults staying here and the 3 bedroom 2 bath worked out great. We had trouble with our access code and owners were responsive. I was not familiar with this side of town, but was easy to get to UK and other activities. As others mentioned there’s a crazy steep driveway that we didn’t park on.

Very cute place, convenient to the places we visited. Driveway is very steep, so I parked on the street instead. Otherwise, very nice place and had a nice time.

Perfect Location
We were in Lexington for the Pony Finals. The house was only a 12 minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. The kitchen is well-stocked and the appliances are updated, so it's easy to make a dine-in meal. The outside screen porch is a definite bonus for sitting outside in this quiet neighborhood. Lexington itself is a beautiful city. I will for sure visit again. A restaurant we enjoyed is Thoroughbred and is just a short distance away. There's also a Kroger's close by.

This house provided a comfy and cozy place for my lifelong friend and I to relax and catch up. It is a great location to get to area attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Property was very nice and clean. Perfect location for trips back and forth to wife's family in Georgetown or straight downtown Lexington. Entrance to subdivision is directly across from Masterson Station park which has a very nice kids playground and splash pad.

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood
Had a wonderful time with my daughter and bestie. The house was just as listed. The only thing to be aware of is the steep incline of the driveway. If you have a low riding vehicle, you will need to park on the steer. Also, make sure your brakes and e-brake are in good working order to park in the drive. Not a reason not to book, but something to be aware of. The hosts are amazing and the house was so comfy! Thanks for the great stay.
