'Very clean and efficient. Nice kitchen and back yard. Great set up for a couple or family with kids. We had six adults (3 couples), and it is not the ideal set-up for that (1 larger bed bedroom, 2nd bedroom had bunk bed, and 3rd sleeping place was a futon in the main living area with room for one adult. Fortunately we are good friends. '

'Communication was good.House was clean and a great size for our group.The only problem we had was with the air conditioning.When we got back from the horse races it was very warm in the house and we could not turn it down.'
