'just to get it out of the way, i want to mention the location of this wonderful place. if you're wanting the perfect central location, this IS it - BUT it is also downtown...DOWNTOWN which means it won't be your gated community. if i were staying there by myself, i prob would have felt a lil more uneasy walking at night, but i wasn't. (gotta let my single ladies know whats up if they stay here). also off-street parking is so so nice to have, but a lil tight (but then, i do drive a minivan) OK,...

'Loved the apartment with two minor issues. This is a second story apartment so you need to haul your stuff up stairs, second issue is parking is tight, if you have a larger vehicle it may not work. Otherwise everything was great.'
