'The staff we interacted with waste mostly friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is clearly understaffed. The woman who checked us in was overwhelmed and we saw her there at all times of the day for our entire stay. Pool never had towels and when we asked for some we were walked to the housekeeping laundry room where they had to search for a while to scrounge up 3 towels. The breakfast was subpar and they kept running out of plates and bowls. But our room was clean and met our needs.'

'The Breakfast bar was the best I ever had. They had flavored creamer, and a lot high end restaurants don't have flavor creamer. The room was big. I had an accessible room, and I was able to move around the room with my rollator.'

'Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!'

'We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. '
