'Such a cute spot! Right by my favorite restaurants and walking distance from a Kroger! Really wonderful stay'

'We were in town to visit our daughter at UK. Place was cozy, clean, perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located. Keeneland was an easy drive and Kroger field was a really short drive.'

'Nice clean 2 bedroom '

'Fantastic place to stay. Very welcoming, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. All amenities were excellent. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!'

'Comfortable home with excellent air-conditioning. The beds were really cozy. There were plenty of supplies like toilet paper, laundry tabs, dish tabs, seasonings. Plenty of hot water too and the showers were nice. The fenced in backyard is small, but it was perfect for our dog. Nearby Mexican restaurant was within walking distance and absolutely delicious. We went there twice! Communication with the team was also seamless. And they didn’t have a long laundry list of things to do before checkout.'

'The house was clean with shops close by, host is welcoming and responds quickly.'

'Clean room'

'Host were very responsive to questions and very accommodating.'

'The host is very responsive and helpful. The beds and linens are so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. My daughter wants to get the same couch for our house because it is so soft and welcoming. We felt very safe there and the location was very convenient to get to the KY horse park and downtown to tour UK and eat at the restaurants. The only complaint would be that due to the close location to the highway and convenience store, there was some traffic noise.'

'Nice, comfortable house. Slept like a baby. Good communication and check-in .'

'Excellent all around. Could not be happier with our stay.'

'Great location and access to downtown, easy parking, clean and plenty of space. Would stay again! 5/5'

'Lots of students in the alley at night. Homeless walking by. one fairly large window into the kitchen outside the bedroom had no window covering which felt very exposed during the night. Especially with kids an homeless walking around. Laundry was great and what we needed but it was upstairs. living room very dark. so ok place but pricey.'

'Everything went smoothly, only challenge was street parking'

'interior was very nice, toiletries etc were exceptional! driving up and seeing the property, I was about ready to turn around and go back, it was pathetic. took a few minutes to locate the driveway, and parking was very tight. but knowing what to expect next time, I would return'

'Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again.'
