'“Wouldn’t stay there again” in the middle or the start of a renovation which we didn’t know. Our floor carpet smelled stale opening the suit door to room smelled awful (very strong) carpet smell like a chemical use for dry cleaning. Toilet seat loose towel rack falling off. 'Maybe for sanitation but used too much detergent for bed sheets. Smell was so strong that gave me headaches. There was no cups except the thin plastic cups for the bathroom use. Body lotion was n’t provide. Breakfast was minimal. Fruit was green apple only. They provide scrambled egg but I don’t eat egg yolk. I wish rather have boiled egg.'

'We checked in pretty late though, but the receptionist at the front was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. Breakfast was amazing the ladies who cooked it did it a great job and they were so welcoming. The pool was fabulous. Good amount of tables and love that they had towels out there. 'The photos were misleading. The property is falling apart. The metal guard on the stars is rusty and one of the steps had a piece bent up, easily leading to an accident. The sidewalk to the room is full of old gum stuck to the ground and corroded from the drops of the air conditioner, dripping to the bottom floor. The area was not the best. The room was non-smoking, but I could smell a strong scent of it being a smoking room at one point or some other unusual smell.

'It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view.
They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel.'

'This was a late night reservation made after work ended late. The price was very reasonable and we were blown away by how nice this place was. The lobby was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail has been put in the lighting and details of the hotel. Our room had a pool view and even though we didn’t have time to swim it looked very nice and well maintained. The entire area surrounding the hotel was very nice and felt very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool!'

'I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here.'

'Rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conducive to a good night's rest. My only suggestions for changes involve the bathroom setup. Since the vanity is small, a hand towel rack would be nice, as well as a soap pump instead of a bar in a tray, and the exposed pipes and wires under the sink could use a little camouflage.'
